Deleting EFI in boot manager

Hi, I have a problem with deleting an EFI on my boot manager. Since I formatted those os disks (files), I want to delete or remove the EFI 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 from the boot manager, however, I won't be able to remove them from the boot manager. Can someone reach me and help me with this issue?
