Deleted Downloads folder and Messed up File explorer

Hi everyone!

I have accidentally deleted my downloads folder in File Explorer and I don't know what to do.

I also messed up with the folders in file explorer like desktop, documents, pictures, videos, music. I have put them inside This PC, OneDrive, and QuickAccess. Please give me a solution!
