Date Mismatch in Microsoft Forms: Responses showing one day prior to selected date

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a persistent technical issue with Microsoft Forms that is affecting my business operations (fruit platter deliveries). I hope someone here can help me resolve this.

The Issue: When a customer selects a specific date in the form, the recorded response (both in the "Responses" tab and the exported Excel file) shows the previous day.

Example:

Customer selects: Friday, March 27th, 2026.

Form records: Thursday, March 26th, 2026.

This discrepancy is forcing me to manually verify every single order with my customers to avoid delivery errors, which is highly inefficient and creates confusion.

Details:

This happens consistently across different submissions.

I have checked my local computer's time zone settings and browser language, but the issue persists in the cloud data.

It seems like a synchronization or time-zone offset issue between the Form UI and the data storage.

Has anyone encountered this "date-shifting" bug? Is there a specific setting in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or within the Form itself that ensures the date selected by the user is the exact date recorded in the results?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
