Custom Text-to-Speech Voices on Windows 11
Can I replace Windows 11's built-in TTS voices with custom ones? Where are the voice files located?

The actual voice data is stored in a protected system folder, not as simple .wav or .mp3 files you can easily replace. The system manages them through registry entries. The location for these voice tokens is:
- Registry Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\Voices\Tokens
- This registry key contains the list of voices that are installed and available on your system.
