2024-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043145)
Update has caused major stuttering in my device on irregular intervals, anytime between a span of 10 to 20 seconds. 

My screen would stutter for a couple of seconds on each of these intervals , however  the inputs and interactions are being registered. This has been a major bugging issue .

My device is Lenovo LOQ ,i5 12450h .rtx 3050-6gb.
