Cumulative update installation failed
Windows Insider updates have been failing for 5 months. Every time it updates, it tells me something went wrong, canceling changes in progress.
The error is 0x8007010b.

First, clear the Windows Update cache: Run Command Prompt as an administrator, execute the following commands in sequence: net stop wuauserv, net stop bits. Then delete all files within the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder. Finally, execute net start wuauserv, net start bits , and restart your computer.
