1.Run Windows Update Troubleshooter:

Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot.
Click on Other troubleshooters.
Find Windows Update and click on Run.

2. Check for Any Pending Updates:

Sometimes, other updates need to be installed before the cumulative update can proceed.

Go to Settings > Windows Update.
Click Check for updates and install any available updates.
