stuck at 100% then error We could not complete the install because an update service was shutting down.

- innovatorvirendra According to JenG in a message on X, this should be fixed once a new full build is flighted (rather than a cumulative update) (her words).

- Check Windows Update log files and you might find some clue what causing this issue, have a look at:

Make sure report this issue using the Feedback Hub app. - same 99%
innovatorvirendra Same issue here. Just stopped at Downloading 100% and is stuck and unresponsive.
