Critical Shell/Explorer.exe Boot Loop and Flickering on Recent Windows 11 Insider Build
Hello Windows Insider Team, I am writing to report a critical UI/system stability issue encountered immediately after updating to and restarting the recent Windows 11 Insider build on my machine....
I can confirm the same crash loop attempting to upgrade to 26300.8493
Stabilized the system by performing the same rollback as above.
