Credentials Manager delete win 10 no longer boots

I was having a problem because I had several different Corporate Office 365 login on my machine. For some reason and Outlook it kept defaulting back to an old domain and I could not remove that. I ended up in credentials manager and started deleting references to old Corporate Office 365 logins that I no longer needed. I saw some credentials that I did not recognize and deleted them. When I rebooted my machine it would not boot in Windows reboits and attempts auto boit repair. Error is Page Fault in non paged area.
