CPU usage higher than normal

&nbsp;Operating System: Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 64-bit (10.0, Build 22538) (22538.rs_prerelease.220114-1500)&nbsp; System Model: MS-7B51&nbsp; BIOS: 1.30 (type: UEFI)&nbsp; Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz (6 CPUs), ~3.7GHz&nbsp; Memory: 16384MB RAM&nbsp; Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti&nbsp;System applications are using way more CPU than they are supposed to.Windows is up to date, disk is healthy and no corrupted files.started to happen 2 days ago give or take.my cpu usage was way higher earlier todaybut now its a bit lower but still higher than it should.

Since you are using the insider build such issues are expected, try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try update Windows and the graphic card driver.

Reza_Ameri, I to am experiencing this issue even though it's claimed to have been fixed in the latest dev preview, issues like this should NOT be occurring even in a preview edition purely for the fact that it's not the first time this issue has cropped up in windows, I'm even experiencing an issue with DWM that was first experienced (and apparently fixed) by people over a year ago for crying out loud.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If the dev team actually took the time to fix underlying issues instead of adding useless crap like rounded corners on the taskbar or changing the way the search icon looks, things might get marginaly improved, but it took over half a year to correctly align a **bleep** icon in File Explorer.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;But alas, year after year all support does is copy and paste the same crap that any user (worth their salt) residing in a dev channel would have already done several times over before even coming to the site.&nbsp;
