Check for proper cooler installation, ensure adequate thermal paste application, improve airflow in your case, and verify fan/pump speeds in BIOS or software. If temps persistently exceed safe limits (85–90°C), consider undervolting the CPU or upgrading the cooler.

RonaldWhite to avoid damages of the CPU please Update your BIOS to the latest and setup RAM XMP and also for the CPU load the Baseline profile.
This will update the microcode and prevent damages. It's important to load the profile to make the protections effective. This is generally the case for Intel 13 and 14th gen CPUs.
