CPU overheating with AIO 240mm cooler
- Jan 22, 2025
Check for proper cooler installation, ensure adequate thermal paste application, improve airflow in your case, and verify fan/pump speeds in BIOS or software. If temps persistently exceed safe limits (85–90°C), consider undervolting the CPU or upgrading the cooler.
Let’s talk fan configuration. Are your fans set to push air in and out properly? It’s like a dance party in there; everything needs to be in sync. If your case fans are fighting with your AIO fans for airflow, you might end up with a mini sauna instead of a cool chill zone. Make sure your AIO fans are set to push air through the radiator and out of the case while your case fans are working to pull fresh air in. Think of it as creating a nice breeze – you want to keep that airflow flowing!
