Check for proper cooler installation, ensure adequate thermal paste application, improve airflow in your case, and verify fan/pump speeds in BIOS or software. If temps persistently exceed safe limits (85–90°C), consider undervolting the CPU or upgrading the cooler.
I9 14th gen is very demanding. I have a 420 mm to get it right. Need recommendations?
