Copilot issue Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Evaluation copy. Build 27723.rs_prerelease.241004-1602

Copilot AI keeps glitching out where it cuts off during it's responses and doesn't give the full statement, answer or response. Also, sometimes, when you do type in something in a conversation with Copilot AI, sometimes it won't even answer at all so you have to restart the program and resend the message. This needs to be looked into.
