Copilot Actions Missing

Microsoft has been showing off the new Copilot Actions feature. It's even in the labs section on the https://copilot.microsoft.com/labs/experiments/copilot-actions However even though I'm in the Windows Insider Build, I don't have access to it. There's no indication of any Opt-Ins or needing Copilot Pro. Anyone know how I can ACTUALLY get this working?

    The Microsoft Copilot Actions feature is an exciting addition, but as of now, it appears to be in a limited testing phase, primarily available to select insiders or through specific channels.
