Adobe Illustrator is one of the most reliable tools for converting JPEG to EPS, as it’s designed for high-quality vector graphics and provides full control over the output.
- Open Adobe Illustrator and import the JPG image (File > Open).
- With the image selected, go to "Object > Image Trace" to convert it to a vector if needed, then click "Expand."
- Adjust any settings in the “Image Trace” panel for optimal results.
- Save the file as an EPS (File > Save As > Choose EPS format).
