Control panel and time are missplaced

Yesterday I installed Win 11, it was working properly. As soon as I update it, the control panel and time where misplaced, please check the image below:

Idk why this happened, because you can see that the icons are placed correctly. I hope someone can help me. If not, please let the insiders developer about this!
