Context Menu Customization
is it possible without an external program to change the context menu colors? for example, make the context menu background light grey, the font color black, and the highlighted text navy blue?

With PowerToys File Explorer Add-ons, you can also customize them by editing them in the registry HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT*\shell.
