command run no work

I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. If I want to open the run command as administrator, it gives me the error below.   I've tried all kinds of tutorials, nothing works. sfc /scannow, all with Dissm /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, Didsm /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth etc
Anyone help me?

Sometimes, after an upgrade, there can be pending updates that fix bugs and issues. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for any updates. Install them if available.

I agree with Bonniewest . The best quick solution i can recommend is you proceed and backup your data into an external SSD or HD then perform a clean install of windows 11, that should sort everything n have u a clean windows OS.

Sometimes, the upgrade process can have issues. You can try to perform a repair upgrade without losing your files:

-Download the Windows 11 Installation Assistant from the Official Microsoft weebsite.
-Run the tool and select the option to Upgrade this PC now. Select to keep your files when prompted.

  • Check Taskmanager >autostart of Apps.

Seems you linked something into autostart from Windows 10 System Tools which does no longer exist at this location.

If the issue persists, look for specific error codes in the Windows Update logs or when the update fails. You can find these in the Event Viewer:

    1. Press Windows + R, type eventvwr, and press Enter.
    2. Navigate to Windows Logs > Application or System to find errors related to Windows Update.
