Code: 0x80070032 after update this week

I updated my computer this week to the latest beta release. Now, I am getting an error code for Spotify in the Windows Store. I have tried several options to fix it, but without success. Any thoughts?

    Beta releases can be unstable, and apps might not work perfectly until the official release. If you rely heavily on Spotify, sticking to the stable build for now might be better.
