Clean Windows 11 Installation, missing several DLL files.

I am in Windows 11 Insider Preview 25295.1000, and there are many applications that fail to start due to missing .DLL files. Even from apps downloaded directly from the Microsoft store, such as Spotify.

In this case the missing library is ResampleDmo.DLL, I proceeded to download it, put the file in the corresponding folder "C:\Windows\System32\", reboot but nothing. I also did "regsvr32 filename.dll," but here I got a missing file type error.

Even with many other applications and games I have this problem.

I have done a restore to the PC factory settings, with keeping personal files, and without, but to no avail.

The /sfc scannow tool did not detect any problems.
