Chkdsk and safe mode stuck help!
I recently reinstalled Windows but my computer crashes when i use photo software or any high demanding graphics applications. So i have turned off the computer manually several times in the last week...
(1) What's the OS and OS version number?
(2) ( A long shot .... ) Have you tried to (a) unplug the power cable, (b) open the case and (if a laptop) disconnect the battery, or (c) if a desktop, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, then (d) disconnect the hard-drive/SSD then reconnect and ensure the cables are firmly seated at both ends, (e) put it all back together and try to power it back on?
