Changing language of widgets content

When i change the language of the widget in "personalize feed"and then go to experience/settings and language, the language will switch to my preferred language (german) on the Microsoft Start site, but it will never display this language in the widget area, even when waiting several minutes. When I click on personalize feed again, I see that the language has reverted back to English. The language of my operating system is also in German, my preferred language.
