Change not saved for scrolling directions in settings
So I want scrolling down on my touchpad to scroll down...but changing this option in the Mouse Settings does absolutely nothing.

In Windows Settings → Bluetooth and Devices → Mouse, turn off the scrolling direction and then turn it back on to save the changes, or reinstall the driver if it is an external mouse.
