Change closed captioning in Windows

Hi Team,

Have upgrade to Windows 11 through Windows Insider?

So it seems that the issue might be related to a bug & I am not exactly sure of the issue on why the live captions are not downloading in my Laptop.

Could you please help me with the issue at the earliest. As I am a Hard of Hearing, I would completely prefer that the live captions must be setup in my Laptop.

Requesting you to please make sure that the captioning is working in my system.
