chan software solutions weather widget

Two weeks ago, I downloaded the weather widget made by chan software solutions that I found in the microsoft store. It downloaded and I launched it and was working fine.  I shut down my computer at night and start it up again in the morning.  But now the weather widget will not come up.  I try to re-download it and I get an error message saying, "I do not have permission to access the weather widget."  I contacted microsoft and I granted access to the microsoft technician on my computer.  She did a bunch of things and I restarted my computer and still the weather widget app will not launch.  She said I would have to reformat my harddrive and start with a fresh download of windows and I would have to make sure I am not signed up on the windows insider program.  She said the windows insider program is not allowing the chan software solutions weather widget to load and launch.  When I tried to leave the windows insider program, it said it could not find my email address and therefore was never part of the windows insider program.  Does anyone have a solution to my problem so I can load and launch the weather widget?  I currently run windows 10 home operating system.  I cannot switch to windows 11 because my computer hardware is not compatible to run windows 11 and I do not have the money right now to change out my hardware.  I know I will need to soon since microsoft will no longer support windows 10 by december 2025.

Since the widget worked before and now doesn’t, it’s likely a permission, corruption, or app-specific issue rather than Windows itself. Reinstalling the app is often the best quick fix.

Since the app was working initially, confirm if any recent Windows updates or system changes could have affected it.

Since your system reports that it can't find your email to leave the Insider Program, it might mean you're not actually enrolled, or there's a configuration issue.
