can't upgrade to windows 11 insider preview 10.0.26058.1100 (ge_release) error code 0xdx0000034

i am using a surface pro x 1876 model

Another with the same issue. Once the update causes the reboot, the system gets to the initial Windows load and then the circle stops spinning and freezes with no progress when left alone. Eventually, I restart the system manually and it reverts to the prior version.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Motherboard: ASUS X570-Plus
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070
OS: Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Build 10.0.23620 Build 23620

    I paused on previous install and then tried again and it failled!  Fingers crossed....

      Anyone had any contact with MS regarding this issue? It's driving me nuts trying to figure out the solution on my own. Why don't they come out with a proper response on the problem?

        XmattX Twice I sent feedback to MS from this issue. I hope those details are helpong them to resolve this issue.
