Can't seem to leave the windows insider program

Hello,

I've been using the windows insider program for a specific reason and no longer need to do so, so I was trying to leave but I had a few issues with it, first issue I had was that the insider page was not loading at all

I've got the microsoft support to help me try to fix this but then I encountered another issue after this one was resolved, I was able to get this far into leaving the insider program but then the "Stop receiving Insider Preview builds" button was unresponsive and I'm still not able to leave it.

Is there any  way I could get help for this?

Update: Just got home earlier, for some reason it said my email address is no longer registered with insider program now, not entirely sure how or why it got fixed but it's all good now, thanks.
