Can't roll (really) into Windows Insiders?

I switched to a new PC (Surface Book 2) and as a devoted Windows Insider, now my new PC does not want to roll into the Windows Insider program. The only option I get is "Just fixes, apps, and drivers...

There was a bug in the service-side deployment last Friday that caused the issue you hit.

 

The code was rolled back as of Tuesday to bypass.  Reboot the machine and try again.  You should be able to switch rings now.
