Can't Remove File in Intel Folder - in Use by Another Program
There is a folder, Intel, with a file in it. The folder: Intel, shader cache. When I tried to delete it, it will not let me, because it is in use by another program. It is open in dwm.exe. What can I do? The folder is in the Temp folder. I can delete it in safe mode but when I go back to normal mode, the folder with the file is back again. File name: 30786de4fa87fd17b8e66b75315968727820fc155cb19b90d879ef9133c1ba87
Sometimes, antivirus software can lock files. If you have one running, try temporarily disabling it or check if it's the culprit and then try deleting the folder again.
