- Dear people. Thank you for trying to help me, thank you very much. I solved the problem quite simply, I decided to reset the system to factory settings. And yes, I successfully managed to update after that. Thanks again to everyone who tried to help.
Do you have any log files that show you any errors with the same code of 0x80070002. Example: driver issue error code 0x8007002. Something like this. For me I had this exact issue. Went to my logs and found this C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\wdcsam.inf_amd64_7ce69fc8798d6116\wdcsam.inf error 0x8007002.
I just moved this file to usb and update worked fine. Hope this helps
