- May 23, 2022Dear people. Thank you for trying to help me, thank you very much. I solved the problem quite simply, I decided to reset the system to factory settings. And yes, I successfully managed to update after that. Thanks again to everyone who tried to help.

The Behavior:Win32/Powessere.SA and 0xc190011f error was a result of using Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update for bypassing the Despicable Requirements of Windows 11. After that CMD was run again to uninstall, no threats were blocked while updating, instead a Setup window appeared to complain about the Despicable Requirements, then a different error code occurred after that's closed. Only build 22610 had this issue. Once 22616 was available, having Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update made the Setup window open instead of being blocked, which then proceeded through without the Despicable Requirements.

I didn't understand why it was addressed to me? I do not have such an error, and I repeat 3 times that I have tpm to change (it is enabled). The hardware is compatible with a Windows 11 installation.

- Ethan_GarfinkleMay 15, 2022Iron ContributorDo you have any log files that show you any errors with the same code of 0x80070002. Example: driver issue error code 0x8007002. Something like this. For me I had this exact issue. Went to my logs and found this C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\wdcsam.inf_amd64_7ce69fc8798d6116\wdcsam.inf error 0x8007002.
I just moved this file to usb and update worked fine. Hope this helps- DollzaMay 15, 2022Brass ContributorWhere can I see the log files?
- Ethan_GarfinkleMay 15, 2022Iron ContributorIn windows folder on your c drive. There is one called logs. Go through all folders and see if anything shows the error 0x80070002. Some files are text or .xml and .etl files. The .etl don't matter. I found my issue in an .xml file so see if those help. If you find a log that shows something has an error with code 0x80070002 post it here
