Cant fix the Search
Used all the troubleshooting ways tried forcing it to local seach
rebuilding index tried iso repair
but cant find a way to fix it

Try this:
Open Task Manager.
Go to Processes tab, find SearchHost.exe and select it.
Click on End task.
If issue still persists, refer other suggestions in this fix:
