Can't auto dial VPN connection - no longer available

VPN auto dial is missing/removed. look at the screenshots attached to the feedback.

the only way I could find a sign of autodial was when my VPN failed to connect, so i randomly clicked on "diagnostics" as seen in the picture, and there i found autodial, which was disabled and there is no way to enable it!
