Can't add more than 1 piece of text to a photo. Can't put it any where I want on the photo

in Video Project, when making video out of photos in Photos app, Can't add more than 1 piece of text to a photo. Can't put it any where I want on the photo, we have to choose from a set of 6 predefined locations. half of them are out of the picture and the other half are almost always not where the user wants to put his/her text on.

so allow us to add more than 1 text to a photo and also let us move them anywhere we want on that picture.

this is a basic feature requirement that is missing.
