Cannot Permanently Set Windows 10 Startup to "Normal Startup"
I am facing an issue with setting my Windows 10 system to "Normal Startup" in the System Configuration (msconfig) tool. Whenever I select Normal Startup and click OK, the Apply button remains greyed...
Look for any settings that might be enforcing "Selective Startup" or restricting changes to startup configurations. Make sure they are set to "Not Configured" or disabled.
