Cannot open any website pages
I am unable to browse on Microsoft edge or google chrome. Internet is working fine with my phone and tablet but not my laptop.
contacted Microsoft and they put me in touch with this forum as they couldn’t fix it remotely.

- Did you install any program before problem started?
Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?

Are you able to us other applications which required internet connection? For example Microsoft Store?
Right click on your network driver's icon and troubleshoot the problem. same thing happened to me. Uninstall the latest windows update from 4/13 and then click to pause updates is what fixed it for me. good luck and let me know.
