Cannot load Windows
Hi, I cannot boot my laptop. It was working fine until my Bluetooth disappeared and i restored to an earlier time. I restarted the laptop and since then all I get is the blue screen, stop code CRITIC...
If you've exhausted all other options and still cannot resolve the issue, your last resort may be to reset or clean install Windows. This will erase all data, so proceed with caution:
1. Boot from the installation media.
2. Go to Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
3. Follow the prompts, and choose to keep or remove your files.
