Cannot leave Windows Insider Program

Can you switch to stop receiving insider updates?

Sometimes there comes up troubleshootinh insider. There i can click Stop receving insider Updates.
After a reboot i can still not leave the program on the site.

As you can see i just tried downloading the ISo
Now try to leave Insider.
