Cannot leave insider program, never signed up

Question

Hello, I am having an issue where I want to leave the insider program as I never signed up for it, but when I click leave program, the window continues loading and does not provide any way for me to leave.

I am currently unable to update my PC and Microsoft support has let me know that they cannot help me because I am in the insider program. I never signed up for this and I want out so that I can fix my PC.

Scarrab&nbsp;Check Insider Settings: Go to Settings ➔ Update &amp; Security ➔ Windows Insider Program. Check if it shows that you are indeed enrolled. Sometimes, a display error might make it seem like you are in the program when you are not.

Scarrab&nbsp;same here, my new pc just got insider updates without me being in insider program.when i go to the webpage i can't load it if I'm logged in to any account.

Holaway&nbsp;Support viewed my update history logs and from those was able to confirm that my most recent update is using a release from the insider program, not the public build.&nbsp;
