Cannot install updates since Nov. "Bad Pool Error"

I'm on Windows 10 17025.1000 installed on 11/6/2017

Updates keep failing since then.

I have Last failed install attempt on ‎2/‎2/‎2018 - 0xc1900101

I got a "Bad Pool Error"  then Windows reverted to 17025.1000 again...

I've tried sfc /scannow then checked for new drivers for devices, and I uninstalled Avira...

No dice...

PLEASE HELP!!!

Please find the below tool to reset the Windows Updates services.

This Script allows resetting the Windows Update Agent resolving issues with Windows Update.
