Cannot download Windows Client ARM64 Insider Preview - Build 22598

When I'm trying to download it the following Error message appears: "We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID dd36d4e7-329d-4597-b8c4-8dab8a30b472."
