      Hello,
      I'm having the same issue at the moment. And I'm trying to checking this issue with MS... Meanwhile pls trying to download the ISO with a different network or VPN. It might works for certain cases. 🙂

      Hello,
      You may have to try with another network to download the ISO file. As per my test seems MS inforced with some security measure to prevent being download by certain area....
