Cannot Download Update Stack Package - (Version 1201.2307.4011.0)
So I did a search for this package and I saw on https://www.elevenforum.com/t/update-stack-package-1201-2307-4011-0-for-windows-11-insiders-in-canary-beta-and-dev.16305/
This article was dated July 12, 2023... with that in mind, I forced the date and time to be during that time frame, ran the update and it installed 🙂
So something with the code that needed a date check. See if this works for you. Obviously after installation, revert your date and time to current settings and hopefully no issues.
