Cannot boot my lap top after latest update 260801100 windows 11 pro

Cannot boot my lap top after latest update 26080 1100 . I am doing a system restore for the last hour . Tried start with CMD doing a scan and found corrupted files and fixed but did not boot ! What can I do now ?
