Cannot access W11 Insider Program
I have updated to latest Beta build .194 on my test pc, and when go to Insider setting to upgrade to Dev Channel, I get a blank screen apart from 2 help hyperlinks.
Does anybody know if W11 Insider site is down?

Make sure your system is fully updated (not just the Insider build). Sometimes, incomplete updates can cause UI issues.
