- [ADDED 10/10] Some Insiders with PCs that have older NVIDIA GPUs (like the GTX 970, Quadro K620, etc.) are experiencing some issues where their displays appear stuck at a black screen and unresponsive or seeing their GPUs showing errors in Device Manager and not working correctly. We are aware of the issue and working on a fix. If you are impacted by this issue and unable to use your PC, you can boot into https://learn.microsoft.com/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/windows-recovery-environment--windows-re--technical-reference?view=windows-11#entry-points-into-winre, rollback to the previous build, and pause updates in Windows Update to wait for a new build with the fix for this issue.

I also encountered this problem. My graphics card is GTX950, and I can only enter the desktop by uninstalling the Nvdia graphics card driver in PE.

Unfortunately, for me this only works for a short while because the system still downloads NVIDIA driver updates from the driver server after logging in to the system. Interestingly, when I use sfc /scannow, the system completes the graphics files and turns off my screen again.
Unfortunately, this compilation prevents any use of the computer in its current configuration.
