Can the gray highlight in the right-click menu be changed to blue?
I would like to ask if there is a way to change the gray highlighted background in the right-click menu to blue without using third-party software.

In Windows 11, the color of the highlight in context (right-click) menus is controlled by the system’s theme and accent colors. By default, Windows does not provide a direct setting to change the highlight color specifically for context menus without third-party tools.
