Hi, reading your other thread, I assume you're on an insider build fast ring and you want to switch to stable build of Windows 10 1909. you need to download Windows 10 if you don't already have the ISO file and clean install ithttps://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

can not go back to previous windows 10 1909
